Chuck Clubine

Chuck is a 20-year veteran in Edmonton and area’s commercial real estate industry. He has represented many large users of office and industrial space in a wide range of real estate transactions. Over the years, Chuck has built a solid foundation of corporate clients through his commitment to building strong relationships through the industry.

Chuck has a long track record of successfully guiding local and national clients with their commercial real estate leases and acquisitions. He has earned a reputation as one of the industry’s most hardworking and active Associates by brokering in excess of 3 million square feet, spanning over 300 transactions. Chuck has been appointed by many national and regional tenants as an exclusive Agent to locate and solidify prospective locations.

A graduate of the NAIT finance program, Chuck believes in being a strong voice in his community. A past member of the Community of School Councils for Elk Island Public Schools and the Strathcona School Traffic Safety Partnership, Big Brothers and Big Sisters In school mentoring program, as well as the Chair of the Ministik Parent Council. You can find Chuck spending any available spare time with his wife and two children.

Tom Dean

Tom has established himself as a strong and dependable representative in landlord and tenant transactions representing multiple law firms, accounting offices, engineering firms, and medical practitioners in both the disposition of properties and the management of lease transactions. He has a practical and efficient style that compliments his background in analysis. 

Tom takes part in several business networking groups and organizations around the Edmonton area which helps foster essential relationships and strategic partnerships to ensure results and great opportunities that benefit his business, his clients, and himself. Being young, hungry, and motivated by the satisfaction of closing the deal, he works to educate, support and negotiate on behalf of his clients at all hours.

Never satisfied with his current knowledge, Tom takes on the approach of lifelong learner, always seeking new ideas and information that can help his clients. This value add approach has led to many creative solutions for his clients and new positioning of assets in the marketplace that has helped to fill long standing vacancies.

In order to maintain relationships with our investors, and to prepare investment properties to go to market, we maintain a lease advisory capability. Utilizing the well established marketing infrastructure that makes us such effective seller representatives, we have an extremely effective leasing department which results in us double ending 70%+ of our lease transactions.


Our leasing has earned us a CoStar Power Broker Award for the top deal in the downtown office market. This transaction was double ended with a large multi-national organization, and a local Edmonton landlord.
